Sakshi Handloom strives to deliver quality products at the earliest possible. Our endeavour is to give you the best online shopping experience with every click. In case you receive a defective/damaged product or the products different from those ordered, following are the clauses of the policy on returns:

  1. You can return/replace an item only if you have received a defective product or the products different from those ordered. (Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us).

  2. You can inform us for exchange or return of defective item, within 7 days from the date of delivery

  3. You can email us at support@sakshihandloom.com for placing a return query

  4. In case you email us with regards to returning/replacing a product, your email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the order/package delivered to you. Please note that Sakshi Handloom shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s email.

  5. Please have your Order Number/Registered Email id, Product Name and your Pick-Up Address information ready before you mention them in your requested email in order to receive a RPU (Reverse Pick Up) ticket number. Once you receive your RPU Ticket Number, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging, unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and return with tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

  6. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  7. Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items.

  8. If the fault is confirmed, made on our side, then the reverse pick up charges will be borne by us, else way it will be deducted from the amount available for replacement /refund.

  9. For RPU Sakshi Handloom will arrange for a suitable time to get the product picked up from the given pick up address within 15 days from the date of information about the defective item.

  10. Once the returned products meet the above return specifications post quality check, we will ship the replacement or process the refund. Please note that the replacement can only be done for products of the same or higher value.

  11. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

There may be variations in colour and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. This is due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of computer monitors.
