  1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing it as the products most of the time are shipped in a day or two itself.

  1. No Cancellation for Specific Products

Orders cannot be cancelled for customized, made-to-order, altered products, or products with fall or pico work done.

  1. Return Policy – Manufacturing Defects Only

Returns are accepted only in case of a genuine manufacturing defect. Customers must contact the Sakshi Handloom support team within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof, such as images or an unboxing video.

  1. Condition of Returned Products

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. No alteration should have been done, especially in the case of ready-made garments and apparel. Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.

  1. Non-Returnable Conditions

Handloom variations in color, texture, or weave, color differences due to screen resolution, and personal preference issues can not be considered manufacturing defects.

  1. Return Approval & Refund

All return requests are subject to quality verification. Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  1. Important Notes

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Sakshi Handloom reserves the right to approve or reject any return request and to modify this policy at any time.
