– All product prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.

– For international orders, additional taxes/duties may apply as per the destination country’s customs rules.

  1. Shipping Charges

– Shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete the purchase.

– Shipping cost is calculated based on:

  • Volumetric weight of the product
  • Final packed size
  • Delivery destination
  1. International Shipping – Duties & Taxes

– VAT / Import Duties / Local Taxes are not included in your order amount.

– These charges are payable directly by the customer to the courier partner at the time of delivery.

– Sakshi Handloom has no control over these additional charges as they vary by country.

  1. Order Processing & Dispatch

– Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 working days.

– Tracking details will be shared once shipped.

  1. Delivery Timelines

– Domestic Orders (India): 4–8 business days

– International Orders: 7–15 business days

  1. No Return, Exchange or Cancellation – Specific Items

– No return, exchange or cancellation will be accepted if fall/pico is done on the saree.

– Dress materials, fabrics, custom-stitched items, and gift vouchers are non-returnable.

  1. Packaging & Quality Check

– All items undergo inspection and secure packaging before dispatch.

  1. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

– Orders returned due to wrong address or failed attempts will require reshipping charges.
